# **Role Management**

On the **Roles**page you can create the roles to be assigned to system users and edit the permissions of existing roles. Roles determine the access and operation permissions users have in the system.

- To reach this screen, follow **Organization Structure > Role and Permissions** from the left menu.
- The list includes information such as **Role Name, Type, Creation Date, Update Date**.
- You can customize the columns displayed in the role list to suit your needs.To do so,**Column Manager**click the section and enable or disable the columns you want to display.
- To quickly reach a specific role, you can use the **Search** field. In the **Search** field, enter the role name or the information for the criterion you want to search for. The system will list the records matching the criterion you entered.

## **Add Role**

To define a new role in your system, click the **Add Role** button. When creating a role, you can define it for either the **Portal**or **Agent**screens.

- On the screen that opens, fill in the **Role Name** field.
- Enter the necessary explanations in the **Role Description** field.
- From the permissions listed on the right, select the permissions you want to grant to this role.
- Once you have completed your permission selections, click the **Save** button.

Your role will be created and added to the role list.

## **Other Actions**

To act on the records in the role list, click the **three dots** icon on the right of the relevant role. Select the action you want to perform from the menu that opens.

### **Edit**

To change the information or permissions of an existing role, click the **Edit** option. On the screen that opens, update the role name, the role description and the permissions assigned to the role as needed. Once you have completed your changes, click the **Save** button.

### **Delete**

To remove a role from the system, click the **Delete** option. Confirm the deletion to remove the relevant role from the system.
