# **Agent Module**

The **Agent Module** is the product that lets call center and customer service teams manage all of their communication processes from a single screen. Agents can easily manage their inbound and outbound calls, follow customer conversations and improve team performance.

## **Call Management**

- With web-based phone (**WebPhone**) support, you can make calls without needing an additional device.
- You can answer and handle incoming calls.
- You can start outbound calls.
- You can hold, mute and end a call.
- You can manage your calls in real time.

## **Agent Tracking**

- With **break management**, you can switch between statuses such as Ready, On Break and Offline.
- You can follow agents' instant statuses.
- You can view call history.

## **Usage**

- Offers multi-device and browser support.
- Has a user-friendly and modern interface.

## **Getting the Product**

- You can reach the product catalog by following the **Marketplace** step in the left menu.
- Select the **Agent Module** product to open the product detail page.
- Click the **Add to Cart** button to add the product to your cart and complete the payment steps.

***Tip:** You can manage your agents' break types and durations from the **Organization Structure > Breaks** screen.*
