# **Wallboard**

**Wallboard**, the Call Center Wallboard, is a visual dashboard solution designed to monitor call center performance in real time and increase team productivity. It projects critical data such as queue statuses, waiting calls, answered calls, agent statuses and SLA metrics onto screens instantly.

While it offers managers and team leaders the ability to make quick decisions, it also creates a motivating environment of competition and awareness for agents. Thanks to its web-based structure, it is integrated easily and can be displayed on different screens.

## **Getting the Product**

- You can reach the product catalog by following the **Marketplace** step in the left menu.
- Select the **Wallboard** product to open the product detail page.
- Click the **Add to Cart** button to add the product to your cart and complete the payment steps.
