Agent durumları, aktif görüşmeler, kuyruk performansı ve anlık istatistikler tek ekrandan takip edilebilir. Supervisor'lar gerektiğinde görüşmelere dahil olabilir, dinleme yapabilir, yönlendirme gerçekleştirebilir ve ekip performansını anlık olarak değerlendirebilir. ## **Ürünü Edinme** - Sol menüden **Ürün Mağazası** adımını izleyerek ürün kataloğuna ulaşabilirsiniz. -
