📄️ List interactions

Lists the organization's interactions (calls, chats, emails, ...), newest first. Filters: interaction_type (single or array), direction, status, contact_id (obfuscated), channel_id (obfuscated), has_tickets, started_at (single date or 'start,end' range), page, limit. Timeline items are NOT included in the list. Requires `api_user|interaction_view`.

📄️ Show an interaction

Returns a single interaction with its contact, channel, participating agents, linked tickets and full timeline items (ordered by occurred_at). Requires `api_user|interaction_view`.
