Contact filterable surface

/v1/contacts/form

The contact's filterable surface: columns are the contact's own database columns, fields are its dynamic (custom) form fields. On the ticket list these map to contact[<key>] and contact_form[<key>] respectively. Returns a null form and an empty fields list when the organization has no contact form. Requires api_user|contact_view.
