List prefixes available for by-called-number trunks

/v1/trunks/available-prefixes

Prefixes that can be sent as prefix to POST /v1/trunks/by-called-number. A prefix is reserved when a trunk is created with it and released when that trunk is deleted. Requires api_user|trunk_view.
