Agentpause

/v1/crm/:hizmetNumarasi/agentpause

Pauses or unpauses an agent on one or more queues. paused = 1 pauses the agent, 0 unpauses. Turkish characters in reason are ASCII-folded upstream.

Requires api_user|crm_access. Requests can be long-running: netcrm holds the connection until the call is answered or the ring_timeout / wait_response windows (both in seconds) elapse. The gateway timeout is 120s (CRM_SERVICE_TIMEOUT).
