Xfer

Blind-transfers the active call to exten without consulting the other party first.

Requires api_user|crm_access. Requests can be long-running: netcrm holds the connection until the call is answered or the ring_timeout / wait_response windows (both in seconds) elapse. The gateway timeout is 120s (CRM_SERVICE_TIMEOUT).
