Add contacts to a group
POST/v1/contact-groups/:id/contacts
Adds up to 100 contacts; contacts already in the group are skipped and attached counts only the new memberships. An unknown, deleted or foreign contact id fails the whole request with a 422 reported under its index (e.g. contact_ids.1). Requires api_user|contact_update.
