Remove contacts from a group

DELETE 
/v1/contact-groups/:id/contacts

Removes up to 100 contacts from the group; detached counts the memberships actually removed. The contacts themselves are kept. An unknown, deleted or foreign contact id fails the whole request with a 422 reported under its index. Requires api_user|contact_update.
