GET 
/v1/crm/:hizmetNumarasi/linkup

Bridges two free-form numbers (caller and called) over a trunk. Unlike originate, either side may be an outside number.

Requires api_user|crm_access. Requests can be long-running: netcrm holds the connection until the call is answered or the ring_timeout / wait_response windows (both in seconds) elapse. The gateway timeout is 120s (CRM_SERVICE_TIMEOUT).
