Originate
POST/v1/crm/:hizmetNumarasi/originate
Independently dials an internal extension and a customer number and bridges them once both answer. originate_order picks which side is dialed first (if = extension first, of = customer first).
Requires api_user|crm_access. Requests can be long-running: netcrm holds the connection until the call is answered or the ring_timeout / wait_response windows (both in seconds) elapse. The gateway timeout is 120s (CRM_SERVICE_TIMEOUT).
