ticket_comment_added
Sent when a comment (internal note) is added to a ticket. Editing or deleting a comment does not produce this event.
The body carries the identifier of the comment, not its text; people mentioned in
the comment arrive in the mentions field.
Sample body

Send this body to your own address
The sample body above is sent to the address below as a POST request. The request goes from your browser, so the response cannot be read if the receiving endpoint sends no CORS header; the request itself still arrives. Use the cURL equivalent to try it from the server side.
cURL equivalent:
curl -X POST 'https://your-address.example/webhook' \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"ticket_id":1542,"comment_id":88210,"mentions":[{"id":27,"type":"user"}]}'

Notifying mentioned people
When the mentions array is not empty, you can use it to notify every mentioned
person from your own system.
