ticket_created

Sent when a new ticket is created in a project. This event belongs to a ticket rather than to a call, so it does not carry call fields such as unique_id or pbx_num; correlate tickets with the ticket_id field.

If the ticket was assigned to an agent while it was being created, a separate ticket_assigned event is sent after this one.

Send this body to your own address

The sample body above is sent to the address below as a POST request. The request goes from your browser, so the response cannot be read if the receiving endpoint sends no CORS header; the request itself still arrives. Use the cURL equivalent to try it from the server side.

cURL equivalent:

curl -X POST 'https://your-address.example/webhook' \
