Freshdesk

Freshdesk; with this integration you can synchronize the customer and support requests in Freshdesk over Netsipp, and add call and message records to tickets automatically.

Getting the Product

• Follow the Marketplace step in the left menu to reach the product catalog.
• Select the Freshdesk product to open its product detail page.
• Click the Add to Cart button to add the product to your cart and complete the payment steps.
