Password Reset

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password link. 

• Click Forgot Password.
• On the screen that opens, enter your registered e-mail address.  

• Use the password reset link sent to your e-mail address to set a new password. 

Reset Process

1. Enter your e-mail address and click the Send button.
2. If the address is registered in the system, a password reset e-mail is sent.
3. Click the link in the e-mail. (Valid for 24 hours)
4. Set your new password and save it.

Password Requirements

• Must be at least 8 characters long.
• A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers is recommended for a strong password.
