Cloud PBX Packages
Cloud PBX Packages are ready-made packages that combine the extension and external line capacity you need. By choosing a package that matches your team size and call traffic, you can start using your PBX right away.
Packages and Capacities
In the package name, D indicates the number of extensions and H the number of external lines (e.g. 250D-500H = 250 extensions, 500 external lines).

How to Choose a Package
- Determine how many people will use an extension; the number of extensions you need is the main criterion when choosing a package.
- Consider how many external calls you will make at the same time; this determines the number of external lines you need.
- For high capacity needs, you can choose the appropriate Netsipp Enterprise variant.
Purchasing the Package
- You can reach the product catalog by following the Marketplace step in the left menu.
- Select the package that suits your needs to open the product detail page.
- Click the Add to Cart button to add the package to your cart and complete the payment steps.
Tip: If your package capacity becomes insufficient over time, you can increase it by purchasing the PBX Extension and Telephone Line (Trunk) Package products separately.
