UstaPOS is software that helps businesses manage their orders, sales, and customer management processes digitally. With the Netsipp – UstaPOS integration, you can manage customer and order operations alongside your cloud PBX calls. When receiving incoming calls, you can identify customers by their phone numbers, access their address information, create new customer and order records, and check the status of existing orders.

What Can You Do with This Integration?

With the Netsipp – UstaPOS integration, you can perform the following operations:

• Address Lookup: Match the caller’s phone number with customer records in UstaPOS to access the customer’s registered address information during the call.
• Create Customer: Create new customer records in UstaPOS. You can use the caller’s phone number to save customer information in the system.
• Identify Customer: Match the caller’s phone number with customer records in UstaPOS during incoming calls. This allows the customer to be identified automatically and enables quick access to the relevant customer information.
• Add Order: Create new orders during a call. You can identify the relevant customer using the caller’s phone number and add orders to the UstaPOS system.
• Order Inquiry: Retrieve information about existing orders. You can use the caller’s phone number to access the relevant customer’s order details and current order status.

UstaPOS – Netsipp Integration Setup Steps

1. Purchase the UstaPOS Integration

• Log in to the Netsipp portal and click Product Store in the left-hand menu.
• On the Netsipp Marketplace screen, you can view the available integrations and additional modules. Enter UstaPOS in the search field and select the relevant integration.
• On the integration page, select your preferred subscription period, either monthly or yearly, according to your needs. Then click Add to Cart and complete the payment.
• Once the purchase is complete, the Integration Settings section will open. Continue from this section to establish the UstaPOS connection and configure the features you want to use.

2. Connect Your UstaPOS Account to Netsipp

• Navigate to Integration Settings > Authentication Settings.
• To establish a connection with UstaPOS, you must enter the API URL and API Path in the screen that opens.

How to Obtain the API URL and API Path

• API URL: This is the base API address used to connect to UstaPOS services. Contact UstaPOS to obtain this information. Enter the address provided to you in the API URL field.
• API Path: This is the API endpoint defined for the operation you want to perform in UstaPOS. For example, an endpoint such as /adres-sorgula may be used for an address lookup operation. Enter the relevant API path provided by UstaPOS in the API Path field.

After completing all the required fields, click Connect to UstaPOS. Once the connection is successfully established, your UstaPOS account will be connected to Netsipp.

3. Add Integration Features

• After connecting your UstaPOS account, navigate to Integration Settings > Features.
• On the screen that opens, the available features are listed on the left, while the functions you have previously added are displayed on the right.
• Click Add next to the feature you want to use. Complete the required fields in the form that opens, then click Save.
• Repeat these steps to configure each integration feature you need individually.

Note: You can also access the relevant settings to connect your account and add integration features by navigating to Management Center > Products.
