Profile and Account Settings 

The Profile section is the area used to update your user information, strengthen your account security and manage your notification preferences. In this section you can edit your personal information, change your password, view the devices used to log in to your account and customize your notification settings to suit your needs. 

Account Settings 

To update your account information, follow the Profile > Account Settings steps. 

• In this section you can edit your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and timezone information.
• Once you have updated your information, click the Save Changes button. 

Latest Devices 

The Latest Devices section at the bottom of the Account Settings page lets you view the devices you have logged in to your account with. This way you can track which devices access your account and easily notice unusual logins. 

This section contains the following information: 

• Platform: The operating system the login was made from. (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, etc.)
• Browser: Information about the web browser used to log in.
• Device: The type of device used.
• Location: The geographic location the login took place from.
• Date: The date and time of the login.

Security 

To manage your account security, follow the Profile > Security steps. In this section you can change your password, enable two-factor authentication and manage your linked accounts. 

Changing Your Password 

To change your password, first enter your current password. Then set your new password and click the Change Password button. 

The new password you create must meet the following rules: 

• It must be at least 8 characters long. 
• It must contain at least one uppercase letter. 
• It must contain at least one lowercase letter. 
• It must contain at least one digit. 

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) 

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) makes your account more secure by requiring an additional verification step when you log in, not just your password. 

• To enable this feature, click the Enable Two-Factor Authentication button and follow the on-screen instructions. This provides extra protection against unauthorized access attempts to your account. 

Linked Accounts 

In the Linked Accounts section you can manage the linked accounts you use to log in to your account.  

In this area you can: 

• view your linked accounts, 
• remove access when necessary, 
• set the account link as active or passive. 

Notification Settings 

To edit your notification preferences, follow the Profile > Notification Settings steps.  

This section contains two main notification categories: 

• Account Notifications: Notifications directly related to your account, such as login alerts, security notifications and system updates.
• Campaign Notifications: Notifications about new products, features and campaign announcements. 

For both categories, select the channel you want to receive notifications on: 

• E-mail: Notifications are sent to your registered e-mail address.
• App: Notifications are displayed directly in the Netsipp panel. 

Once you have set your preferences, click the Save Changes button.
