Organization Settings 

Organization Settings is the section where you can view and change the core information of your organization. From this area you can view your organization details, manage members and notification preferences, create API users and review the audit records of the actions taken. 

  • To reach the organization settings, click your company name at the top of the screen. From the menu that opens, click the Settings icon.

The Organization Settings screen contains the following tabs: 

  • Organization Information
  • Organization Members
  • Notification Settings
  • API Users
  • Audit Log  

Organization Information 

  • In this section you can view the general information of your organization. It contains details such as the Service No, Organization Name and Created At date.
  • From the Subscription section you can view the number of products in your organization and the products that are expiring soon. Use the View in Billing button to reach the invoice details of your subscription.
  • To change or add the logo of your organization, upload the relevant image from the Organization Logo section.

Organization Members 

  • The Organization Members section is the area where you manage the active users in your organization and the invitations that have not been accepted yet.
  • The member list shows information such as Name, E-Mail, Date, Last Login, Role and Status (Pending Invitation, Accepted, Expired, Cancelled and Declined).
  • To act on an existing member, click the three dots icon at the far right of the relevant row. From the menu that opens you can carry out the Edit, Confirm Cancellation or Delete actions. Use the Edit option to change the member's role.

Invite a New Member 

  • To add a new user to your organization, click the Invite button at the top of the screen.

  • On the screen that opens, enter the E-Mail address of the user you want to invite. From the Roles section, select the role or roles to assign to the user. When you make a role selection, the permissions those roles hold are displayed on the right side of the screen.
  • You can set the validity of the invitation as 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Then click the Send invitation button to deliver the invitation. The invitation is sent to the e-mail address.

Notification Settings 

  • From the Notification Settings section you can decide through which channels invoice and invitation notifications are received.
  • You can set your preferences per notification type with the E-Mail or Application options. Once you have set all of your notification preferences, click the Save Changes button.

API Users 

  • In this section you can view and manage the existing API users created for your organization.
  • The API users list contains information such as Name, Status, Expiry Date and Last Access Time.
  • To edit the details of an existing API user or delete its record, click the three dots icon at the far right of the relevant row and select the action you want.

Add API User 

  • To create a new API user, click the Add button.

  • On the screen that opens, define the Name, Expiry Date and Permissions.
  • If you do not set an expiry date, the API user is defined as unlimited. Once you have completed the details, click the Save button.

Note: When the record is saved, an API Key is displayed on the screen. The API Key is shown only once, so copy it somewhere safe. 

Audit Log 

From the Audit Log section you can view the latest changes made on your organization. This area helps you follow the actions taken in the organization.
