Organization List 

The Organization List is the first screen shown after you log in to your Netsipp account. Depending on your user role and your organization status, the system routes you to the relevant organization automatically. From this page you can view the organizations you own and switch between them easily by selecting the one you want. 

After you enter the Organization List screen, the following information can be displayed: 

• Organization Name 
• Service No 
• Agent 
• Date 
• Status  

View and Filtering 

You can display your organization list in List or Grid (Card) view, whichever suits your habits. You can also use the Status filter to filter your organizations by status, such as Active or Passive. 

Other Actions 

Click the three dots icon on the right of a record in the organization list to reach additional actions. From this menu you can do the following: 

• View the settings of the organization from the Settings section. 
• View the users registered to the organization from the Members section. 
• Remove the organization from the system with the Delete option.

Note: When you want to delete an organization, a confirmation window opens on the screen. To complete the deletion you have to enter the full name of the organization and then click the Delete button. 

Adding a New Organization 

To create a new organization, click the New Organization button at the top of the screen. 

The screen that opens offers two different methods:

1. Connect Netgsm PBXs 

With this option you can transfer your existing Netgsm PBXs to your account and associate them with Netsipp. To continue, you have to enter the username and password of your Netgsm account. 

2. Create a New Organization 

Use this option to build a new call center structure from scratch. 

• On the organization creation screen, enter the organization name, read and approve the agreements, and then click the Save button. 

• Once the process is complete, the system routes you to the Netsipp home page. From there you can carry out the other configuration and setup actions for your organization.
