PBX Extension

PBX Extension is the product that increases the number of extensions you can define on your cloud PBX. By gaining additional extension rights, you can include new users in the system, control your calls and strengthen communication within your team.

What the Product Provides

• Increases the number of extensions you can create on your PBX.
• Allows you to assign extensions to your new users.

When It Is Needed

• When new people join your team and your current extension allowance is not enough.
• When you reach the capacity limit while trying to add a new extension on the Extensions screen.

Viewing Your Current Capacity

• You can reach the extension list by following the PBX Settings > Advanced Setup > Extensions steps in the left menu.
• At the top of the screen, the current number of extensions and the maximum number of extensions are displayed together.

Getting the Product

• You can reach the product catalog by following the Marketplace step in the left menu.
• Select the PBX Extension product to open the product detail page.
• Click the Add to Cart button to add the product to your cart and complete the payment steps.

Note: After your capacity increases, you can create your new extensions with the Add button on the PBX Settings > Advanced Setup > Extensions screen.
