Projects 

On the Projects page you can view the tickets and ticket statistics of your projects and carry out your project management tasks from a single screen. You can follow your tickets in table or list view

  • When you click Projects in the left menu, your existing projects are listed. If you do not have a project yet, click the + icon to create a new project.

Fill in the following fields in the window that opens: 

  • Project Image: Upload the image of your project.
  • Project Name: Enter the name of your project.
  • Project Key: Set a key to identify your project.
  • Project Manager: Select the person responsible for the project. 

Once you have entered the information, click the Save button. 

Note: The project key is used in the ticket numbers of the project.

Add Person 

  • To add new project members to your existing project, click the Add Person button. 
  • In the Project Members field that opens, select the person or people you want to add to the project.
  • Once you have completed your selection, click the Save button.

Project Settings 

Use the Settings section to manage the basic settings of your project. 

  • Edit Ticket Form: To add new information to the form used when creating a ticket or to edit the form fields, click the Edit Ticket Form option. In the area that opens, arrange the information you want to appear on the ticket creation form.
  • Add Status: To create a new ticket status for your project, click the Add Status option. In the area that opens, set the name of the new status and save it.
  • Delete Project: To delete the project, click the Delete Project option. When you confirm the deletion, the project is removed from the system.

The screen has two main sections: 

  • Tickets
  • Ticket Statistics 

Tickets 

  • Use the Tickets section to view and manage the tickets of your project.
  • Ticket statuses include options such as Open, In Review, In Progress and Completed.
  • Use the Search and Quick Filter fields to find tickets by specific criteria.
  • To view tickets in different ways, select table or list view from the view options on the screen. 

Changing the Ticket Status 

  • To change the status of a ticket, select the ticket and drag and drop it onto the relevant status area. 

Editing Actions 

  • To edit a specific status on the screen, click the Three Dots icon.
  • You can perform the RenameDelete or Change Color actions. 

Add New Ticket 

To create a new ticket, click the Add New Ticket button. Fill in the information on the ticket form in the window that opens.

In the Details section you can set the following information about the ticket: 

  • Ticket Status: Select the current status of the ticket.
  • Ticket Priority: Set the priority level of the ticket.
  • Tags: Add tags to categorize the ticket or to find it more easily.
  • Assignee: Select the person the ticket will be assigned to. 

Once you have completed the information, click the Save button.

Ticket Statistics 

You can view the overall status and distribution of the project's tickets as charts in the Ticket Statistics section. 

  • Total Tickets: View the total number of tickets in the project.
  • Priority Distribution: Examine the distribution of tickets by priority level.
  • Status Distribution: View the distribution of tickets by their current status.
  • Tag Distribution: Examine the distribution of the tags used on tickets. 

These charts let you track the volume, priorities and current status of the requests in the project at a glance.
